Foundations of Mindfulness

Invitation to the “silence and stillness” within

Weekly mindfulness practice sessions that ground you where your feet are. Through these sessions, you will:

  • Learn simple and easy ways to incorporate meditation practices to your daily life

  • Understand the essence of mindfulness from its original traditional source

  • Adopt systematic meditation methods that repeat but take you upward and forward over time

  • Connect and sync to the group energy that naturally unfolds peace for you

  • Open new doors that allow you to meditate without guidance and trust your intuition more

Recovery Group

We strive to offer a safe environment where you can feel comfortable exploring the challenges of continuing sobriety. Some of our clients have found the group so rewarding and instrumental in their lives that they have attended weekly for years! You will gain insight and grow in wisdom as you face challenges of a life in recovery. Come and learn strategies and thrive with other group members that chose to show up for each other.
